Preliminary List of Mexico Cruise Itinerary Changes
The information on what the cruise lines plan to do is slowly trickling out to the public. Today Carnival and Royal Caribbean/Celebrity have issued an update on their plans for cruises visiting the Mexican Riviera. I fully expect that by this time tomorrow all cruise lines sailing the area will make their intentions public, but in the mean time here is the information Carnival and Royal Caribbean rolled out today.
Carnival Cruise Lines: All Mexican ports of call have been canceled for all cruises departing through May 4th. Carnival will be substituting alternate ports where possible. Those guests not wanting to sail an alternate itinerary will be able to reschedule for a later date. Full details on what is in store will be available tomorrow evening.
Royal Caribbean/ Celebrity: All stops in Mexico have been temporarily suspended. This announcement will impact the following ships.
- Enchantment of the Seas
- Freedom of the Seas
- Liberty of the Seas
- Mariner of the Seas – will be sailing a completely revamped itinerary
- Radiance of the Seas
- Serenade of the Seas
- Celebrity Infinity
Assuming I’m not at work or otherwise indisposed I will be posting information as it comes out.
